Intro to Energetic Healing Workshop

Been feeling old patterns and energy that won’t budge and you’re ready for a shift?

Join Jess Ryan, MS, LPC, NCC, 500ERYT, Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner for an experiential workshop where you will learn:

• the basics of energetic healing (Ex. energy centers, energetic grids, intro to Reiki and Shamanic practices)

• how to start doing energy work on yourself safely

• how to create a safe container for you and others

• an energetic ignition experience to awaken and strengthen your innate healing energy

You will also receive links to recorded practices so you can continue your energetic journey after the workshop.

This workshop is open to all levels, from complete newbies to folks with previous healing experience. 

It will be offered in-person and via zoom.

When: Saturday, April 29, 2023, 10:30am-1pm MT
