Transforming mental and spiritual health
I am a licensed mental health therapist who provides evidenced-based, trauma-informed mental health care. I also work in the Yoga, life-coaching, breathwork, nervous system regulation, Reiki, TRE® and Shamanic practitioner fields (since 2004) and incorporate that lens into my practice. Deep healing occurs when we embrace all of the mental, emotional, energetic, physical, and spiritual bodies. The philosophy at Our Real Work is to meet clients where they are to alleviate symptoms, shift stuck energies and patterns, heal, and move into a deeper understanding of their purpose.

Using the body, brain, nervous system, EMDR, IFS, Yoga, TRE ®, mindfulness, nature, energy, and spirit to re-awaken and heal your system. My areas of specialization and interest include evidence-based trauma treatment, trauma resilience, intergenerational trauma, therapeutic yoga interventions for mental-emotional health, relief from symptoms of depression and anxiety, stress reduction, emotional regulation, chronic pain, life transitions, grief, spiritual awakenings, women’s issues, and creating healthy boundaries.

Somatic, TRE® & Trauma Coaching
Trauma is anything that overwhelms the system. It can change our biology. It can be inherited from our ancestors and passed on to future generations. These experiences can be held in our body leading to repeating patterns and feelings of being stuck. I am trained in IFS, TRE ®, somatic, ancestral, and collective trauma healing practices. This can be online or in-office.

We are more than a body and a mind. Energy work practices address healing at the soul, energetic, and spiritual levels. I offer individual intuitive healing sessions, Soul Retrievals and Soul Integrations, Reiki trainings, and advanced energy work mentoring and workshops.

Counseling
Licensed mental health services in Wyoming and Colorado to help you build coping strategies, make sense of specific incidents, heal from trauma, deal with symptoms of anxiety and depression, and navigate upcoming changes. Ceremony
From wedding ceremonies to celebrating births, acknowledging deaths, and blessing new homes, ceremony is an important way to honor transitions in life. I am an officiant in Wyoming and have performed numerous weddings. I also do marriage, birth, death, house, and property blessings as well as energy clearings for new spaces and events.

Tranformational Yoga
Our life experiences are stored in this body. I honor the traditional lineages of Yoga, incorporate the science of our bodies and healing, and weave in relevant themes to create a space for body, mind, emotion, soul, and spirit to heal and unite.
