Join Jess Ryan, MS, LPC, 500E-RYT for an immersive two-hour workshop where you will start to experience the transformative practices of Pranayama and Breathwork.



By harnessing the breath, we can regulate our nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and well-being.



During this workshop, you will:



  • Discover the fundamentals of Breathwork and Pranayama and learn the difference between these practices.



  • Learn four different breathwork and pranayama techniques to shift your nervous system inducing relaxation and rebalancing states.



  • Explore the science and yogic philosophy behind how breath patterns can influence your physical and emotional state.



  • Gain practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and enhance overall mental clarity.



  • Experience guided Breathwork sessions to release tension and access healing states of consciousness.




All levels are welcome. No previous experience is required. This workshop is open to anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of breathwork and its potential for self-healing and personal growth.
